What happened?

California law prohibits companies from advertising “free trials” without clearly disclosing all the terms of the trial.

We are currently investigating complaints that Relaxium allegedly offers what it calls a “free trial,” but then may be charging consumers even after they try to cancel.

Am I eligible to sign up?

You may qualify to participate in the case if signed up for a “free trial” on the Relaxium website since January 2025 and were charged after trying to cancel the “free trial.”

What am I signing up for by filling out the form?

By filling out the form, you are expressing your interest to learn more about participating in a class action as one of the class representatives. As a class representative, your job is to look out for the best interests of the class and assist Zimmerman Reed in pursuing the case.

Will This Cost Money?

No, there is no cost to you. You will sign an agreement for Zimmerman Reed to represent you in a potential class action, but we only get paid if we obtain a financial recovery for you or the class. If Zimmerman Reed is not successful in getting financial compensation for you or the class, you will owe us nothing.
