If you purchased a product from the Plunge website, you may have a claim for compensation.
What happened?
California law prohibits companies from advertising fake discount prices. This happens when a company advertises a product with a higher “former” price next to a lower “sale” price, even when the product was rarely, if ever, sold at the higher price. This deception tricks consumers into believing that they are saving money and can pressure them into buying something they otherwise would not have purchased.
We are currently investigating Plunge for allegedly displaying fake discounts for products sold on its website.
Am I eligible to sign up?
You may qualify to participate in the case if you are a California resident who purchased a product from the Plunge website within the last three years.
What am I signing up for by filling out the form?
By filling out the form, you are expressing your interest in learning more about participating in a class action as one of the class representatives. As a class representative, your job is to look out for the best interests of the class and assist Zimmerman Reed in pursuing the case.
Will this cost money?
No, there is no cost to you. If selected as a class representative, you will sign an agreement for Zimmerman Reed to represent you in a potential class action, but we only get paid if we obtain a financial recovery for you or the class and the court approves. If Zimmerman Reed is not successful in getting financial compensation for you or the class, you will owe us nothing.
