Gym Hidden Fees Investigation

California law prohibits businesses from advertising or displaying prices that do not include all mandatory fees. The law is designed to enhance pricing transparency and prevent misleading advertising practices in the form of “hidden” or “surprise” fees that are included only at checkout.

We are currently investigating several companies including Chuze Fitness, Crunch Fitness, EoS Fitness, and Snap Fitness, for allegedly charging “hidden” fees during the membership checkout process.

If you signed up for a membership with Chuze Fitness, Crunch Fitness, EoS Fitness, or Snap Fitness after July 1, 2024, you may qualify for a claim. Submit the form to see if you qualify.

By filling out the form, you are expressing your interest to learn more about participating in a class action as one of the class representatives. As a class representative, your job is to look out for the best interests of the class (other California residents whose consumer rights may have been violated) and assist Zimmerman Reed in pursuing the case.

No, there is no cost to you. You will sign an agreement for Zimmerman Reed to represent you in a potential class action, but we only get paid if we obtain a financial recovery for you or the class. If Zimmerman Reed is not successful in getting financial compensation for you or the class, you will owe us nothing.
