What is This About?
Certain claimants have filed disputes challenging Coinbase’s practice of charging hidden fees on cryptocurrency trades. According to the complaints, when users bought or sold crypto on Coinbase, the company quietly added an extra fee (approximately 1%) into the price it showed buyers and/or sellers, without clearly disclosing the additional fee. That means buyers allegedly were charged about 1% more and sellers received about 1% less than the initially disclosed market price. This hidden fee, called a “spread fee” is alleged to have generated extra revenue for Coinbase at consumers’ expense.
If you bought or sold cryptocurrency on Coinbase and were harmed by this practice, our firm may be in a position to help you seek a refund and other relief.

Will This Cost Money?
You will not be responsible for any attorneys’ fees or costs unless we obtain a positive result for you. We will advance any costs to submit and resolve your claim, including any arbitration fees.
Ultimately, should you obtain recovery at an arbitration hearing or through a settlement,, we would receive a contingency fee based on the value of your recovery.
