Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. What fees do we charge?

Zimmerman Reed works on a contingency fee basis. That means you pay nothing up front, and we only get paid if we recover money for you. If we are not successful in obtaining monetary compensation for you, you owe us nothing. The firm will also advance any costs to submit and resolve your compensation claim, including any required arbitration fees.

If your case is settled or an arbitrator awards you compensation, Zimmerman Reed will receive a contingency fee and recover costs from a portion of your settlement or compensation award. The choice to accept a monetary settlement is yours.

  1. What am I signing up for?

You are signing up to submit an individual compensation claim through arbitration. An arbitration company may appoint an arbitrator to rule on whether you are entitled to compensation for your claim. Attorneys at Zimmerman Reed will handle the arbitration process on your behalf. We anticipate representing many people with similar claims at the same time. Our law firm has extensive experience handling arbitration cases.
