About the Investigation

Products labeled as “Made in USA” maybe not actually be made in the United States. Zimmerman Reed is currently investigating Black Rifle Coffee Company for allegedly misleading consumers by stating or implying that its products are made in the U.S.

Background

Consumers in the United States say they prefer products that are made in the U.S., and surveys show that consumers are willing to pay up to 20% more for those products.

The United States Federal Trade Commission requires that products advertised as Made in USA be “all or virtually all” made in the U.S. Some companies are complying with the law by ensuring that their products are actually made in the U.S. Others, however, may be taking advantage of consumer demand by advertising their products as Made in USA when in fact they are not.

Who is affected?

Consumers who prefer to buy products that are made in the U.S. and who have relied on Black Rifle Coffee Company’s Made in USA advertising in their purchasing decisions may be affected.

If you are a consumer who has purchased from Black Rifle Coffee Company, then you may have a legal claim. Please fill out the Free Case Review Form to learn more.
